The room comes with an exterior window/balcony, a study desk, bed linen, bed, and wardrobe with the price including heating and WIFI at no hidden extra cost. The large, fully equipped kitchen comes with an electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, and kettle, plus garden domain suitable for barbeques and outdoor dining. Three bathrooms in total provide plenty of space, and there are washing machine and drying areas for clothes, including a communal iron and ironing board. Local stores and major supermarkets are all within walking distance, and there are some terrific deals on fresh food from the greengrocers and local butchers. We prefer to live with girls and are used to cohabiting in an international environment, with students visiting us from all over the world. Having lived in Barcelona for over ten years, we are very familiar with the lifestyle and happy to assist in orientation and paperwork if necessary.
